Lyfe Tea Strawberry Smoothie

An easy and nutritious way to get tons of vitamins and nutrients is a
smoothie. Lyfe Tea is here to let you in on a secret. You can make
smoothies with our tea! Just follow the instructions below and drink to
your delight. You will surely get an energy boost to start the day, or
reenergize at lunch. It's totally up to you!
8oz of steeped Morning Lyfe Tea
250 g strawberries, hulled
1 medium banana, peeled and roughly chopped
300 ml 1% low-fat milk
150 ml natural yoghurt
15 ml spoon clear honey
Place all the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Adjust the sweetness according to taste and pour into serving glasses.
