Ingredients in Morning Lyfe Tea:
Moringa- Moringa oleifera is a superfood to beat all superfoods, even in its supplement form. The amount of anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatories, vitamins and minerals it contains is everything your body needs and more. No other supplement is even remotely comparable. Scientific research proves that one serving of moringa oleifera provides you with seven times the amount of vitamin C in oranges, four times the calcium in milk, four times the vitamin A in carrots, two times the protein in milk and three times the potassium found in bananas. Each supplemental serving contains more than 90 different vitamins and minerals.
Yerba Mate– Yerba mate tea is very high in antioxidants; it’s got about 90% more antioxidants than green tea. Yerba mate has significant immune boosting properties. Yerba mate also helps reduce stress and insomnia. Proponents of yerba mate tea say that the minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, amino acids and polphenols found in this beverage have a balancing effect on the caffeine it contains. Users report increased mental energy, clarity and focus, but they also say that yerba mate doesn’t cause any of the uncomfortable side effects associated with drinking caffeinated beverages, such as headaches, stomachaches and jitters.
Green Tea– Due to its minimal processing, green tea has a high concentration of antioxidants called polyphenols. One type of polyphenol compound is catechins, which are responsible for most of green tea’s health effects. Green tea is derived from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant and undergoes the least amount of processing of all teas. Its bioactive compounds are responsible for a wealth of benefits, from boosting blood vessel function to increasing bone mineral density.
Guarana– The name guarana derives from the Amazonian word “varana,” meaning a tree that grows on top of another. Guarana is employed as a stimulant, to relieve fatigue, boost energy levels, aid concentration, and brighten your mood. Guarana is used as a thermogenic (to boost metabolism for purposes of weight loss), and as an appetite suppressant.
Ginger– Historically, ginger has a long tradition of being very effective in alleviating symptoms of gastrointestinal distress. Modern scientific research has revealed that ginger possesses numerous therapeutic properties including antioxidant effects, an ability to inhibit the formation of inflammatory compounds, and direct anti-inflammatory effects.
Lemon Peel-Lemon peel contains even more vitamins, nutrients, and health benefits than lemon juice. Lemon peels contain about 5 to 10 times more vitamins than lemon juice.
Ingredients in Detox Lyfe Tea:
Senna Leaf, Senna Pods– Senna contains glycosides, which are a group of organic compounds that are commonly found in plants. These compounds work as a laxative by smoothing the muscles as digested food moves through the intestines. This helps to move it out of the colon. The process is caused by the chain of fatty acids that promote digestion, fermentation, and successfully converting the glycosides into a purgative agent.
Dandelion Leaf -Dandelion Leaf (Taraxacum officinale) offers a number of benefits for the liver and gallbladder. A natural diuretic, Dandelion Leaf is commonly used to help remove excess water and toxins from the body. Dandelion Leaf helps promote bile excretion from the liver so the body can more efficiently process foods and liquids while also purging harmful toxins. In addition, improved bile flow makes it possible for the body to better metabolize fat, which helps optimize the body’s cholesterol levels.
Chamomile -The active ingredient in chamomile essential oil is known as bisabolol, which has a number of anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-microbial properties.
Nettle Leaf – The root and leaves of the plant contain several identified compounds that are biologically active, including flavonoids such as quercetin that have antioxidant properties. Antioxidants help remove free radicals from your body; these unstable chemicals can damage your cellular membranes and DNA. Nettle also contains several other compounds, including beta-sitosterol, a plant chemical with a structure similar to cholesterol that can benefit your heart by lowering absorption of dietary fats by your blood.
Lyfe Tea Teatox is recommended to be taken in conjunction with a healthy energy-controlled diet and regular exercise.
