How do I buy Lyfe Tea products?

All of our products can be purchased on the website under the home or products tab.

How much does Lyfe Tea cost?

Lyfe Tea teatoxes are either $34.95 for a 14-day supply or $55.95 for a 28-day supply.  Teatox packages include Morning Tea and Evening Detox Tea.

Payment/Checking Out

PayPal is our preferred method of payment, because it allows us to process your order as quickly as possible. PayPal is also one of the safest methods to process online payments and setting up an accont at PayPal.com is easy and free!

Easiest Method for Standard Checkout: enter the info we need to process your order and receive an automated confirmation email.

Safer Method PayPal: all your information (credit card number etc.) is stored safely and encrypted in the PayPal system. PayPal restricts any access to your information without permission.

I don’t have PayPal. Can I pay via credit card or debit card?

What does Lyfe Tea do? How does it work?

Can I still eat and exercise normally during the teatox?

Yes, you should eat and exercise normally during the teatox. You may find that you have more energy, feel healthier and are more inclined to exercise.  Many have reported having more stamina during their workout after beginning Lyfe Tea or Coffee. Eating healthy will also maximize the effects of teatoxing.

Are there any side effects of the teatox?

There are possible side effects of the teatox associated with the laxative effect of the Evening Detox Tea. Side effects can include cramping and an increased frequency of visiting the bathroom, but you should not experience diarrhea, vomiting, dizziness or severe cramping. If any of these side-effects occur (depending on their intensity), adjust the strength of the Evening Detox tea bags (you can make your tea weaker by soaking the tea bag for less time – say 30 seconds) or discontinue the use of the tea and consider consulting your doctor.

You should consume the Evening Detox Tea in the evening and then go to the bathroom the next morning. If you are concerned about how this may affect your daily routine, start the tea on a day (such as a weekend) when you may have a flexible schedule.

Can I drink Lyfe Tea while breastfeeding or pregnant?

Consult your doctor before consuming Lyfe Tea products while breastfeeding or pregnant.

Do you have a diet plan I can follow during my teatox to maximize results?

Will I put weight back on when I finish the teatox?

Once you complete the teatox, your body should not simply “put weight back on.” Lyfe Tea products aid in boosting your metabolism, and as long as you continue with a healthy lifestyle, you should maintain your weight loss. When you finish your teatox, your metabolism will remain elevated. We recommend adding 3-5 cups of green tea to your diet to aid in the transition.

If I reach my goal weight can I stop?

Yes of course. You can save the remaining products  for a later time.

Is Lyfe Tea safe long term? How often can I do the teatox?

Our Morning Tea and Matcha are safe for daily use; however, our Evening Detox Tea should only be used for the short term as recommended on the packaging and the website.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We are based in the USA and ship worldwide.

How long does shipping generally take?

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchasing, and standard shipping within the United States generally takes 2 business days after the shipping date. International orders usually arrive within 10-20 business days from the day of shipment, which is within 3 business days of purchasing.

We’re still a growing company so sometimes  we run a day or two behind. If your order is delayed longer than the times listed above or you are concerned about the status of your order, please send us an email ([email protected]) and we’ll check for you.

Can I have my order express delivered?

Yes, it will cost extra but email us at: [email protected] for shipping costs and to have an invoice sent to you. International shipments may be subject to tax and duty fees and are the responsibility of the recipient to pay.

I completed my order, but I haven’t received a tracking number. What should I do?

Tracking numbers are sent within 3 business days in the United States.

I need to change, cancel or refund my order. How should I proceed?

To ensure that you meet the criteria for a refund or for information on cancelling or changing an order, please email us at: [email protected].

We understand that our teas are not suitable for everyone and that all bodies are different. Therefore, we do not offer refunds if the tea does not perform the way you desire.

Prior to purchasing our tea, we recommend you read through customer feedback or refer to our Instagram page @lyfe_tea for reviews to help you determine if you should request a refund..

We accept returns only for damaged goods that are not opened. Due to worldwide TGA and FDA regulations, we cannot accept any returns of open packages.  This includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy of our tea blends. Immediate communication with Lyfe Tea is needed for any refund. If you have had the products for over a week, then we cannot process a refund. Any customer concerned their product is damaged should contact us at: [email protected], along with photo evidence to discuss the refund process.
