Have you ever had to rush for work without time to get a decent meal? Do you find yourself snacking on junk food just to last through yet another day? Do you also think you can either get healthy food or delicious food? Good news! You can get a wholesome Smoothie Bowl in the morning and get the best of both worlds: a delicious and healthy meal. These are some of our favorite smoothie bowls choices for each day of the week:

Monday: Strawberries ‘n’ Cream Smoothie Bowl

Blend yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla. Put cornflakes, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and a drizzle of yogurt. And, of course, do not forget to catch up on the work piled up throughout the weekend.

Strawberries ‘n' Cream Smoothie

  • Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup yogurt
¼ cup milk
1 spoon maple syrup
¼ spoon pure vanilla extract
½ cup cornflakes
5 strawberries, sliced
¼ cup blueberries
2 spoon almonds
1 spoon pumpkin seeds
1 spoon chia seeds

 

Tuesday: Enlighten Smoothie Bowl

 

Still catching up on those emails from the weekend?  Well, you can make a base of frozen berry mix, fresh bananas, and peanut butter. Then add to it raspberries, blueberries, chia seeds, hemp hearts, goji berries, strawberries, coconut flakes, cocoa nibs, and nut butter. Do you feel the surge now? 1 1/2 cups berry mix or frozen fruit mix of choice
1 1/2 fresh banana (use the other half sliced on top)
2 tablespoons almond or natural peanut butter or 1 scoop vegan protein powder, optional

Wednesday: Banana Smoothie Bowl

What happens when you mash smoothie, banana, coconut water, and honey with the toppings that are blackberries, sunflower seeds, and puffed rice cereals? A banana smoothie that is ideal for getting through the hump of the week.

Thursday: Green Smoothie Bowl

Let’s face it Friday is not going to be the best day to squeeze some fresh veggies in your breakfast. Many people have their cheat day on Friday and for others it is difficult not to get caught in the weekend fever. On the other hand, Thursday is the perfect day to grab some greens and mix them up with avocado, banana, and blueberries.

1/2 avocado
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 sliced banana, preferably frozen
1/3 cup almond milk
1-2 handfuls spinach
1-2 handfuls kale

Friday: Mixed Berries Smoothie Bowl

Friday is a sweet day! A lot of people use it as their cheat day from their regular days. Even cheat days can start off with good nutrition. We can make the last stretch of the week even sweeter with a delicious mixed berries smoothie bowl. Blend almond milk, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and bananas with granola. And don’t forget to enjoy the weekend!
